Credit Card Design

It's rare that a credit card design comes across my desk, and I was fortunate enough to not only work on it, but also to have it be executed well. The design was referred to internally as "Clearly Bangor", and was meant to illustrate the transparency that the bank provided in a time where banks had all eyes on them. I love this card design and can't wait to see a random person using it.

Website Redesign

Bangor had a fairly well designed brochure website, but wanted to upgrade their look to coincide with the launch of their new online banking offering.

In this design I used transparent elements to communicate the bank's trustworthiness and integrity and a personal tone to keep the "small town bank" feel while showcasing their "big bank" solutions. I used a clean and origanized 960px grid system to layout content for users who want their information fast and easy. We also added additional functionality to enhance the user experience including a colapsable login box, feature carousels on each landing page, and different background photos of Maine that change depending on the time of day.
